VOB to AVI files

Onething I realized from using one version of hand brake, Is that it won't rip a copy righted dvd. But maybe the new versions do.

hmm...I never had a problem using Handbreak to rip any DVD I came accross...although I have not done it in a while so maybe it doesn't work so well any more
