Cave digging

I havn't been to Candlelight to dig yet. Were putting together a date and plan for that, which we should come up with shortly.

Was that your stuff I saw in Upper Cave a few weekends ago? Buckets, sleds etc.

It unfortunately was not. We are still looking for either GPS coords or a 'guide' to take us out there so we can do some digging and exploring.

They are likely buckets, scrap cords, etc left by a couple of the Timp Grotto members. There were several buckets left behind last time I was out there(winter), so that they didn't have to haul them down the crawl again. They are waiting for a trip where they can get together 5-10 people so that digging can continue--dirt has to move a long way now. Probably going to be late fall before digging continues, much better stuff to do in the high country now that snow is melting.
