What's the strangest thing you found in a mine ?

In the War Eagle I found a few pieces of paper stapled together. I picked it up and saw a picture of me from this site. That's the last thing I thought I'd find underground.

In the Old King David, 900 vertical ft. down. Then about 1000 ft. down the haul tunnel and around the tunnel under the Horn Silver, two Quilted Blankets. I guess someone spent the night down there.

Red dog mine south of Ludlow CA we found on a lower level a wrought iron cafe bistro style table and 2 matching chairs like you would find on someones patio. Guess some transients called it home for a bit.

Condom, near the bottom of War Eagle. Ewww.

A very old style CPR or oyxgen rescue mask (not a respirator), in Waterloo, a good several hundred feet down and pretty far in.

A year-old stolen truck, 180ft down a vertical at Western Talc.

A can of shit in Bonanza King. (yes, real poo)

        **EDIT**
        ... kruft? really?
        Herpin' so hard I'm derpin'.

I like this topic; Lets see....

A live domestic cat living over 100' down inside of an unknown mine shaft outside Austin Nevada. Far from any homes.

A woman's corset circa 1909 180' down a mine shaft in Golfield NV.

A collection of toys (HotWheels, ponies, flash cards) in the bottom of the Rebel Mine.

The Red Dog is full of all kinds of weird stuff, its pretty much shored up with hardware store gardening lumber. The guy who was living in there was a weird fellow for sure.

Let's not forget about the Waterman Mine filled with woman's clothing such as a bra and panties. Now that's just messed up.

I'm tempted to leave odd things behind now...to make future explorers go "WTF???"

                    Psyops! Score!

WHat would be good things to leave? Like, a furby, or a bowling ball or something.

Wow you know that's a pretty good idea! Hmmm I think a Furby would definitely be a good one. Now we just need to think of something a little more portable.

Yeah It was kind of strange. They had all these levels and they had no purpose and led nowhere.
