The smell of Thanksgiving is in the air!

With Thanksgiving coming up I figured I would share some photos from the last couple of weeks.

Our Dutch Oven club had our annual Thanksgiving camp out. It's become a bit of a tradition for me to bake bread when I go camping.





Of course we did a turkey too...







Although I was too busy eating to take pictures, the rest of the meal was equally wonderful. Most folks just don't realize how well you can eat when you are out camping.



I also decided to bake bread for a Thanksgiving luncheon we had at work. The large loaf was for the luncheon and the two smaller loaves were gifts for some special co-workers.

Wow, looks like some good food! Turkey dinner while camping sounds like an awesome combo. Wouldn't be a bad tradition to startup sometime

Yep, did a 21lb bird in a Dutch Oven today. I'm up in St. George at my friend's folks house. He mom isn't doing well so we came up to make dinner. Yum!
