    My new exploration vehicle

    Ok,

We had an off-topic discussion on who has the coolest vehicle so here's my latest acquisition. I picked it up this weekend down in Phoenix. It needs a LOT of work, but I'm really looking forward to the final result. The very first time I got behind the wheel of a vehicle, it was my dad's white 72 blazer.

    It's also a 72 like my dad's.

As far as i'm concerned the best Chevys made! I have had several 67-72s and enjoyed all of them. I say great find Joanne.

I'm getting really excited to start getting the Blazer fixed up. A guy I know who is a professional mechanic offered me a (free) 350 and will show me how to rebuild it. I pay for parts, but no charge for labor.

It's going to be a long-term project, but I think it will be a great truck once it's done.
