Grumpy WIlson, the guy that owns the Wilson mine might be able to help you. He builds his own ore processing machinery... and incredible rock hammers. He also owns a machine shop... I will e-mail him and ask...

I bought a small jaw crusher at the end of last year. It works great. I run 2" to 3" chunks through it and crush them down to about 1/4". Then I adjust the jaws and crush that down to powder. It's not terribly fast, but much faster than a mortar and pestle. I power mine with a 1hp electric motor, but it would be easy to weld a handle to the flywheel and tun it by hand. Here's a link to the site where I bought mine.
            mailto:merlin800@msn.com I don't know why that won't post as a hyperlink.

Because that looks like an email address and not a URL. Also you have your "I" too close to the .com and links wont work that way.

Try looking up Golden Mfg. They have an add sometimes on Ebay. If you send an email to the address I tried to post I'm sure they'll send pictures.

Do they have a website? I cant find anything.

Whats thier pricing like? Is it within a 500.00 range or lower? I am on a very very limited income so im looking for something within that type of range.

for those that may be interested. If i can get up the dividends ill be getting this one. I dont and probably cant get a motor for it but ill just fix it to run by hand.

That's the same one that I have. I run mine with a 1 hp electric motor- it was about $130 (the motor). It works great. It would also work by hand. It would be nice to run it with an exercise bike if you could figure out a way to set it up.

I picked mine up, but I would imagine they will ship.
