Bat expert gets paid to explore old mines...why can't we?

Bat expert has spent thousands of hours underground...at the bequest of DOGM....
Why can't we get paid like this guy???

His homepage includes a research lab and a page of research reports and photographs. His interests include mining history....

    Haha lucky bat man...

Bats are a huge focus to the DOGM... why can't internal artifacts and structures be! Just returned from Gold Hill and all I can say is AMAZING! The ores and structures inside that mine are incredible. Let us get paid to enter a mine and document the internals for historical purposes!

Makes a biology degree almost worth it

Sounds like he's been into some interesting places. Would be a great person to connect with and discuss sites and history. Too bad he's moved out of state.

Its not too out of the question. Anthropology or archeology degree and you could be our key to mines all over the state.

Then get Stuart to get the Mining Engineering degree

degrees degrees degrees... Nothing but a piece of paper. Granted, a paper that allows access into things not having the paper would, but alas... Someday I'll have mine.
