Anyone who hasn't be to Corey's website in a while needs to go there and read the interactions between him an the BLM that can be found here. Ray Kelsey is a recreational planner that acts like he runs the BLM. Kind of reminds me of a community organizer that now presides over the country, but has no business doing so.
