Hey guys! I am so glad I found this place!
my name is ashley im a freshman at byu (originally from northern va) majoring in dance but more importantly I adore being outdoors.
I am an avid backpacker and am planning a 3-week trip on the AT this summer and a thru hike by 2011. Basically I'm just loking for some other adventures to tide me over till I can get back on the trail!
I def. don't have a lot of experience with caves, mines or snow (I've learned to love skiing though) but am up for pretty much anything!

Great to have you onboard with Mojave Underground! We look forward to including you in our group activities. We try to do something official at least every other week. Throughout the week, we are always doing things just as friends.

Sounds like you do some amazing hiking! My brother and I have done 150 miles in the Sawtooth mountains of Idaho. Beautiful and rugged for backpacking. The Appalation Trail would be an amazing hike. Thats an honorable hike indeed! We just finished a short snowshoe, backpack trip into Little Brush Creek Cave outside of Vernal. Were planning some nice backpacking in the High Uintas as soon as the snow melts (May.) In the mean time, I think were going to do some more snowshowing and short hikes around timpanogos. Beautiful this time of year. You'll have to try some mine exploration. Tons of hiking to do inside and far more adventure!

Hi Ash! Welcome to the site! Ive been camping for the last eight for my job and some co-workers and i are going to Little Bruh Creek cave this monday. There will be three guys and two girls going. Youre more than welcome to come and help us explore this amazing cave! If your inerested let me know and i'll get you more info.
