Hello all, I'm glad to have found this group. I've been exploring underground mines since I was 12, since 1974; I've explored mines all over San Diego County, and the rest of southern California, Imperial County and SW Arizona; also most of Mojave Desert's mines, up the Owens Valley, Death Valley, the Trona /Ballarat area, and then there's Nevada. I explored many mines in northern Nevada until moving to central Oregon. I moved here because of the recession, my underground exploring is limited to lava tubes. However there may be many mines in NE Oregon to explore.
If anyone wants to know about mines in these areas feel free to contact me on this forum.

The western mine database (available on this forum) should be some assistance in locating mines in your area. There seem to be mines pretty much everywhere.
