New to Mojave Underground

I guess since I've been posting around here and since my group is also "hosting" the Tecopa trip I should post an introduction!

My friends and I explore mines all around California (so far). We've been doing it off and on for years but we got very serious in 2008. We all purchased the required gear and have been going out to explore as often as possible. We really like being underground and exploring every inch of each mine. We often spend eight to twelve hours at a time in larger mines.

We're looking forward to meeting the MU group in February!

Just looked at all your photos. Totally amazing pictures. I am really excited to meet you guys and swap some stories. I did notice the dust masks. Do you need us to bring any masks and is there any other "Specialized" gear we might need? I will be bringing all my vertical gear.

Thanks for posting and getting in touch with us! You have some great adventures detailed on your site. I was interested to see the number of other groups you have links to - this little niche world of ours seems to grow wider and wider every month. We are all pretty excited to get down into California and meet you and see what Southern California has to offer (Other than the traffic on the 405!) in terms of mines.
