Lots of new sites uncovered, including the remnants of Bullionville. We had expert guide and mining historian Ed Gosling to show us around.
New video on the galleries page.

Looks like you guys had a good time and covered quite a bit of ground! Restoring that cabin should be a fun little project, let us know when you start on it.

Heck... I'm moving into that cabin next week!

Yea it was a nice trip for sure. The Lauris mine was interesting and the Galena we got out of the mine at the end of the road is VERY nice. Thanks Ed for the tour and alot of insight into the Dugways that I was not aware of before.

Hey Mark - Whats the word on the Wilson tour? I just got a huge packet of pics from Ed of the Fish Springs range, that will blow your mind, I showed them to Kurt this AM, I think he can testify to their awesomeness. Id like to get out there again with this group and document how he has been able to preserve his site.. oh and there are some graves that we need to locate....

Yes, very cool photos. I would love to see a corner on your site dedicated to "Ed's Corner" or something, those photos were just too neat not to share. I especially love the before/after shots. It would be neat to go out there and recreate some of those photos, just to contrast the shots.

If Corey doesn't want to set up a picture gallery for Ed, we can give him unlimited space on our server and set him up a nice gallery that is indexed. I'm excited to check the Wilson mine out, it have been hearing about it for years.

We are close to getting "Ed's Archives" launched. They will be a site by site retrospect, with some links to the current views.
