checking out items requires a student ID of some sort, whether SLCC, Westminster, UVU or ?? OR a $50 year for graduated people like myself to check out items. IF non-circulating, you can watch it in a media lab and/or make a fair use copy of same... I will check into this and return and report...

I've got my U of U student ID.

Score on the Treasure House DVD's Miah, I love that show. Everytime I bring guests out to the Ophir Hill we watch it on the drive out, the opening scene is the OH's portal.

Can't wait till they arrive, I'll be taking the evening off to enjoy that wacky old Ed Ames. I remember the first time I saw it, during a fund drive of course, and thought how I would love to see the mine that the tracks lead to in the opening scene - well Timmy, dreams do come true! If I had an unlimited budget I think I'd do a remake - adding more exploration underground to the mix... Wonder if Ed is still around - could we find blue coveralls his size?

Not sure where he's at these days but he is on our list of invites for the NHMC as well as Lee Groberg. Hoping to get to meet them in person. If the situation allows I'll ask that Ed autograph a pair of coveralls for your collection.

Sorry to resurrect this but I was flipping through the channels tonight and stumbled upon Treasure House on KUED. Just too cool not to bring up for those who haven't seen it. I am going to have to purchase that DVD for sure.
