    The Treasure of Victorio Peak

I received a phone call a couple of days ago from a mine owner in Arizona who bought equipment from this operation when the Army shut it down.

This is an incredible story and one of the most legitimate lost treasure stories out there: http://www.mcguiresplace.net/The%20T...ctorio%20Peak/

I love stories like that. It would be fun to explore that peak as there must be some existing newer tunneling. You should check out a book called 'Legends' by Utah author Dale Bascom. His book contains many stories of Utah treasure lore. I have met him and heard some of his stories firsthand, and they are fascinating.
