Question about a mine just north of the Honerine Mine

Can someone tell me what mine is at: 40.461282,-112.341856.
It is north to the Honerine Mine.
I went there this weekend and found that the part that was collapsed has reviled the opening to the actual mine there about 30 feet inside. I did not venture inside as I plan to go back with shovels to open it larger. The current opening at this point is about 1.5 feet high by 1.5 feet wide. And I didn’t want to squeeze through because just touching the ceiling made small rocks come loose. BTW I scratched up my 2008 Nissan Titan pretty good going up a very steep mountain side only to have to back all the way down cuz I took a wrong turn up there.

You should see the sides of the Hummer! Scratched mainly from tooling around Stockton, Eureka and Belmont Mill in Nevada... Goes with the territory... BTW: I keep a folding Army Surplus shovel in both my vehicles at all times in case of running into similar circumstances whrere I gotoa see inside... or I might need to dig my way back out.

The mine you're talking about is part of the Southport Claims. There is at least one other open addit over there too and a number of incline shafts. Watch out for rattlers!! Ran into a 5 footer at the Tip Top not too long ago. Got some video of it...

I shoot Betacam SP and have the Canopus box to convert it. Just don't have the time yet to do it...

Its not the ben Harrison Mine. The Ben harrison is more to the northwest, plus it has a wicked shaft, not an adit. I don't really know if the mine has a name, a lot around Stockston don't.
