Minerals
The first specimen had been
collected underground, and occurred with crystalline
kaatialaite which had not yet been found as a
species but was known artificially. Subsequently
the mine access was sealed, but a small area rich
in the new mineral was located on the dump.
I have also been looking at the minerals of Gold Hill. I hope to get a pretty good collection of them.-Stuart Burgess
