Jacob City and Vicinity Questions

Hello

I have some questions about Jacob City and the surrounding area. I was wanting to know more info about the place. Are there any books written specifically about Jacob City's history? How long was the area mined (from when to when)? What were the primary ores mined (besides Zinc and Galena Silver ore - which was stated in MUTV's Jacob City episode)?
