Another mine to possibly open here in Arizona

A bit of good news from my part of the world. This link was just posted in our local newspaper regarding the possible re-opening of an old mine and mill. Its quite interesting.

When they say that they will "reopen" this mine, do they actually mean that they restore and begin using this adit and the other underground workings again? All too often, when an old mine like this is "reopened" it is converted to an open-pit, strip or "mountaintop" mine. I hope that's not the case here.

Im assuming they will be restoring the former workings and reworking those. They didnt really shed too much light on that.
