That mine sounded familiar so I looked at the map and remembered that I’ve been to it. About 20 years ago. We hiked up the trail and found the cement foundation of a small building with a brick and/or rock fireplace and chimney. Then we hiked up to the mine. The shaft was open and went down maybe 100 feet. There was an adit that was mostly caved in. My friend went in and was back out with in a few minutes. Small mine, not a lot of tailings.

I looked for this mine when i was around about the Van Wagner and Waveland mines but never located it. Sounds like Dan has the best info.
