yeah, Dana is the man out there. they are asking $350k for the desert moon. It does have some problems... lack of heating being one of those. Apparently, the rest of the block, including the cafe is owned by another gentleman who refuses to sell any of it.
However, an interesting tidbit is that the building next to the DM, is actually an old bar from the depression days when it was built. Inside all the bar stools and bar is fully intact. There is a kitchen in there as well from the same days. The place was called the Cactus Club and he still has the original neon from it.
We are planning to build out a cafe and reopen the bar. I really have no interest in the B&B concept and will probably lease the house to someone who wants to work it.
