Leaving Saturday to do some caving, shooting, fireworks etc. Should be a lot of fun! Here's some pics from the caves we've done up there in the past.

Is that gypsum in the second to last photo? Limestone leeched with sulfuric acid, seeped through the lime, created gypsum formations. Or it would seem. -
Yep, there's some really good gypsum 'flower gardens' in some of the caves up there.
The last pic, if you look closely, there is a seashell there, along with the popcorn and other stuff. There are a lot of fossils in the caves up there as well.Comment

Wow really cool. Wish I could tag along. I've seen this cave a couple times. Looks like a really good one. You'll have to give us a report when you get back. Take lots of photos and have tons of fun!Comment
