Hi all!
New here, just joined today, and this is my first post!
So an explorer buddy of mine sent me a page on google maps, that is titled "Milpas Historic Gold Mine" (look it up!), however, the location pin is simply set on the BLM office in Barstow, CA. There are photos of the mine site on the google maps page, showing a small trestle which leads out from a fully-collapsed adit. It would be fun to visit this place simply to see this little trestle! However, searching all over the internet, on mindat, digital-desert, etc, I cannot seem to find any info on a mine by the name of "Milpas" anywhere nearby!
So my question is, does anybody recognize this place?
