As many are aware, arrest and prosecution of trespassers has been vigorously enforced at many Tintic sites southeast of Eureka. I'm wondering if anyone knows whether this might change with Andover's bankruptcy and recent related developments. I don't pretend to understand all the legal issues, but according to this site it sounds like Andover's assets are being "liquidated:"
